General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 Scope of application
1.1 These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for goods placed on the FI Food GmbH online shop.
1.2 The version of the general terms and conditions applicable to an order is the one available on the website at the time of the order. Any conditions that deviate from these terms and conditions shall only apply if they have been confirmed in writing by FI Food Ltd.
Article 2 Products
2.1 The products sold are described on the website www.lesconfiseriesdelafee.ch at the time of sale. The photos of the products are given as an indication only.
2.2 The products are available on the site during the period of the sale and according to available stocks.
Article 3 Prices; contribution to delivery costs
3.1 Prices are net prices in Swiss francs, including VAT; delivery is included.
Article 4 Conclusion of the sale; payment; confidentiality
4.1 The sale is concluded once the customer has validated his/her shopping basket by clicking on the "VALIDATE" button and a confirmation has been sent to him/her by e-mail.
4.2 The price of purchases made on the www.lesconfiseriesdelafee.ch website is due at the time of the order, without discount; payment is made by credit card only.
4.3 FI Food Ltd. does not have access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. The information entered is encrypted and secured without FI Food Ltd. or third parties having access to it.
Article 5 Delivery
5.1 The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
5.2 Unless special conditions are specified when the order is confirmed, the delivery time is normally one working day.
5.3 FI Food Ltd. undertakes to inform the customer of any delay in delivery. It shall not be liable to pay any compensation in this respect.
5.4 The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the "basket" section and is subject to the customer's approval before the validation of each order.
Article 6 Warranty for defects; right of return
6.1 If the product is defective, the guarantee of FI Food Ltd. is limited to the return of the product and the reimbursement of the price, subject to immediate notification of the defects by the customer.
Article 7 Conditions of use of the site
7.1 The use of the www.lesconfiseriesdelafee.ch website is permitted for private use only. Any commercial use, in particular for the purpose of reselling products purchased on the site to third parties, is prohibited.
7.2 Any violation of this obligation will be punished by immediate and permanent exclusion from the user group. Compensation for damages is reserved.

9.1 These general terms and conditions may be amended at any time by FI Food Ltd.

Article 10 Applicable law and jurisdiction
10.1 The relationship between FI Food Ltd. and the customer shall be governed by Swiss law.
10.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising between FI Food Sàrl and the customer is Sion.
