"I was surprised by the lightness. Not very sweet and very melting in the mouth. The opposite of industrial marzipan, too sweet, hard and almost suffocating. I liked the visual and the nod to Valaisan fruit. Recommended to local companies, as it is a nice nod to Valaisan fruit. This can be distributed in a "welcome pack" or as a "give-away."
